01 How do I pay for your services?
For new tires and tire changeover you can pay right on our website. If you need custom work, please let us know by using our contact form or by calling us at (847) 925-1100.
02 What forms of payment do you take?
We accept credit card or debit card through Stripe, our secure payment gateway.
03 What's the average installation time?
On average, our technician takes between 15 to 20 minutes per tire. A full set of four tires typically takes about an hour to an hour and a half.
04 Do I need to be present at the time of installation?
You do not need to be present. Simply make sure to attach a picture of your vehicle for our technician and leave 6 feet of free space on both sides of the vehicle. Note: Some vehicles require a wheel lock key to remove the wheels. Without it, we cannot perform the work.
05 What happens if there is inclement weather?
The safety of our personnel and customers is extremely important to us. Should the weather impede us from doing our job safely, we will reschedule at your convenience at no extra charge.
06 What if you run into a complication and can't finish the job?
We will schedule a new time and date to finish the job at your complete satisfaction, at no additional cost to you.
07 Are there any hidden fees?
There are no hidden fees. However, in very rare occasions, a bolt or nut may be too tight and might break during removal. This can carry an extra cost that is out of our control, but we will always inform you before proceeding.
08 What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may occur. In those cases, we would be happy to reschedule or offer you a full refund.
09 Can I cancel my order?
